Billing
All membership fees are direct debited weekly via Stripe on behalf of FitBox.
Please ensure sufficient funds are available in your account to avoid any disruptions.
A $6 late fee will be applied by Stripe for any failed payments, and your membership may be suspended until payment is resolved.
Membership Holds
Salt Strength offers two (2) membership holds per calendar year.
Hold requests must be submitted in writing using the form below.
Please provide as much notice as possible before your requested hold start date.
It is your responsibility to notify us if you need to extend your hold.
Payments that are processed after a hold ends will not be refunded.
Membership Cancellations
To cancel your membership, please scroll to the bottom of this page and complete the Membership Cancellation Form.
A minimum of 7 days’ notice before your next billing date is required.

Membership Cancellation Policy
Please read the following terms carefully — they are firm and non-negotiable:
Memberships may be cancelled at any time with a minimum of 14 days’ notice prior to your next scheduled billing date.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing using the form provided below.
If you choose to return in the future, your membership will be subject to the current rates at the time of reactivation, as pricing may change.
