Open Gym
Are you self motivated and can’t make the class times? Book into Open Gym and train yourself. If you don’t feel like making up a workout then you can choose from the Daily Class Program, Build Program or the Cardio Club Program which are included in all Membership Options.

Recovery
Prioritise your recovery as much as your training. Book a session in the Far Infrared Sauna or jump into the Ice Bath to reduce inflammation and support muscle recovery. We also provide foam rollers, trigger balls, and resistance bands to help you recover more effectively.
